Matt and Jaron each spent close to a decade building independently — Matt across enterprise sales and revenue growth operations in Asia-Pacific, Jaron across operational infrastructure and creative production for some of Singapore's most recognised institutions. Both had their own companies. Both bet on AI three years before the market caught up.
They had two options: compete, or build something together that neither could build alone.

Matt leads CENTR.'s commercial strategy and client delivery — defining product direction and translating operational requirements into working systems. He founded his first company in 2018, and before CENTR. founded Modera Growth, a go-to-market engineering consultancy serving early-stage software companies across the United States and Europe. Across his career, he brings 8+ years in sales and revenue operations for global organisations, building and running go-to-market functions, especially for foreign technology companies entering Asian and Oceanic markets.
Jaron leads product architecture and technical delivery at CENTR. — translating strategic requirements into working systems. Before CENTR., he founded Authoritative Productions, an AI creative studio. In the last 9 years, he built a track record in media production and creative delivery across Singapore and Southeast Asia, working with some of the country's most recognised government institutions, statutory boards, financial institutions, and universities.
